Pre-pruning machines can be attached to any tractor, regardless of size, provided they are properly counterbalanced behind and on the opposite side of the discs, depending on the model, for perfect machine balance and maximum safety. Armored glass screens and a mesh grille are installed in the tractor cab for maximum protection and complete visibility for the operator.

Our hydraulic power units are built on a chassis with a counterweight tailored to each specific need. They feature four legs that can be retracted once the unit is attached to the tractor.

Our pre-pruners can be easily and quickly installed on these articulated arms. Simply connect the flexible hoses, which are equipped with quick-connect fittings and power the hydraulic swing motor, to one of the machine's service ports, and operate it with its corresponding control.

Our mast-mounted pre-pruner is 35% lighter than one mounted on a loader's arms. It works in all positions and performs all functions independently.

Pre-pruning machines can be mounted on the loader's front-end arms, either with quick-release or pin-mounted attachments. A short upper arm is preferable.

For attaching to loader arms, side masts, or replacing the cutting arm of a disc pruner... Cutting is achieved via a double crankshaft with two rows of blades, similar to scissors. Cutting power is significantly greater than pneumatic scissors. Because it cuts at low revolutions, it can operate with pumps of 40 l/min, making it possible to use the tractor's existing pump in most models. Due to its high performance, the oil does not overheat.

The cutting system is equipped with:
• A cutting arm with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 saw blades of Ø 600 mm. (if requested, the last one or the last two blades can be removed from the arm or added at will).
• A lifting and positioning system.
• Horizontal and vertical displacement cylinders.
• Reversible hydraulic motor. Reverses the direction of rotation of the cutting discs, to select the appropriate side for branch fall.

Rear hydraulic systems
Our hydraulic power units are built on a chassis with a counterweight tailored to each specific need. They feature four retractable legs once the unit is attached to the tractor. The 80-liter oil tank is finned for optimal heat dissipation. It is equipped with a high-pressure axial piston pump capable of delivering a flow rate of 80-100 l/min, depending on the tractor's RPM, and operating at pressures up to 250 bar. Depending on the power take-off (PTO) output speed, the pump will be connected to a gearbox or directly to the vehicle's driveshaft and PTO. Upon request, we can manufacture units with different configurations, varying the tank capacity, pump flow rate, and other options, and adapting the power unit to the tractor's power and output RPM as required. If your machine (buggy, olive or almond shaker, excavator... etc.) has its own hydraulic unit, you can connect it to our cutting arm without much difficulty, provided the pump has an appropriate flow rate.
Pre-pruner attached to backhoe arm
Just like the bucket, hydraulic hammer, or other attachment on a backhoe, our pre-pruners can be easily and quickly installed on these articulated arms. Simply connect the flexible hoses, which are equipped with quick-connect fittings and power the hydraulic swing motor, to one of the machine's service ports, and operate it with its corresponding control.

It has 5 tree adaptation movements:
• Elevation
• Lateral displacement
• Lowering the cutting arm
• Correction of the horizontal cutting angle
• Lifting extension for horizontal heights of more than 4 meters
This mast is ideal for pruning between rows in plantations. It attaches easily to the tractor and can be disassembled in approximately 20 minutes.

Equipped with “Bellota” discs of Ø 600 mm. Z 72, Z 86 and Z 120, with set teeth for thick branches or sharpened in the shape of a knife with a flat face.

It cuts branches up to 4 cm in diameter, with a cutting speed of up to 5 km/h.
The cutting edge of the blades is more perfect than that of the discs, matching that of pruning shears.
It does not produce sawdust, which allows working in summer and with the tractor windows open.
The sharpening life of the blades is much longer than the sharpening of the discs.
Its adaptation is done by bolts and quick plugs.
The blades are replaceable, one by one, using screws.
